Summary

MyMichigan Health has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float to different Primary Care Offices

• Full time
• Float to offices in Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Sanford, Freeland and Auburn
• Home office is at Bay City Health Park
• 100% outpatient
  
  

Responsibilities

• Physical exams, acute visits, chronic disease management
• Appropriately prescribing and managing medications, and immunizations.
• Procedures will vary per office, but will possibly include mole removals, pap smears, and biopsies
  
  

Certifications and Licensures

• AHA approved BLS Certification
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
  
  

Required Education

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered
