Position Description
Join Our New Clinic in Yakima, WA as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant!
New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is expanding to Yakima, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our dynamic healthcare team. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care while supporting overall wellness through a comprehensive and integrative approach to women’s health. A sign-on bonus is currently available. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is required unless you are a recent graduate of a women’s health-focused NP or PA program.

Your Role
As a WHNP or PA-C, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s health conditions, conduct physical exams, perform diagnostic procedures, and collaborate with our medical director and interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans. You’ll also play a key role in patient education and preventive care, helping women make informed decisions about their health.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive women’s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, prenatal visits, menopause management, and more
- Perform physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing
- Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, and menstrual disorders
- Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance
- Facilitate routine screenings and health promotion activities
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient documentation
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $65–$70 per hour

Part-Time Employees Receive:

Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required unless a recent graduate of an accredited PA or WHNP program
- For PAs: Current Washington State licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- For NPs: Current Washington licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and RN
- DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Women’s health experience strongly preferred for both roles
