We’re seeking a compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide high-quality, patient-focused care. Choose part-time (2–3 days per week) or full-time (4 days per week) with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $140,000 to $150,000 / Year. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires.

Your Role:

• Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings
• Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing
• Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns
• Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program, supporting safe and sustainable results
• Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women’s health-focused NP or PA programs considered)
• Current Washington licensure (PA-C, APRN, RN as applicable)
• DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington
• Current BLS certification from the AHA
• Women’s health experience strongly preferred — however, if you are not currently in women’s health but are passionate about serving this patient population, we are willing to train you.
