Role Highlights:

• Deliver primary and family care: assessments, diagnosis, treatment & counseling
• Provide urgent care services, immunizations, injections & health screenings

✅ Requirements:

• Active Texas FNP license & board certification
• At least 1 year NP experience (family practice or primary care preferred)
• BLS certification (CPR/AED) + DOT exam certification within 30 days
• Strong clinical skills, patient-centered care mindset
• Spanish bilingual preferred
