They are now seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Provider to join the team and play an integral role in delivering high-quality care while enhancing the patient experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our client’s clinic. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced Physicians to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of health conditions, performing routine examinations, ordering tests, and prescribing medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and create treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage common health conditions
• Perform physical exams and health screenings
• Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic procedures
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Educate patients and families on conditions and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Active (or eligible) Texas license and DEA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Eclinicalworks a plus)
