Position Description

Job Summary

Our Urgent Care Clinic is seeking an innovative and compassionate Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Join our growing care team to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Very competitive total compensation opportunity (173K+) comprised of: Great Base Salary, Quality incentives up to $18,500, and wRVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
  • Commencement bonus of $20K
  • $8K annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Professional Details:

  • 10-hour shifts
  • Average 15-25 patients per day (Scribe provided for providers who average 15+ patients per day)
  • X-ray on site
  • 6 exam rooms
  • Clinic was built new and opened in Fall 2020. Very clean and fresh
  • Fulltime, permanent position
  • Great team and environment
  • EPIC EMR
  • Close proximity to pharmacy for patients
