About the Role

RxWellness is hiring a Nurse Practitioner with an Autonomous License to lead patient care initiatives focused on chronic health concerns, fatigue, pain, and immune system support. You will assess, diagnose, and manage care plans that include IV drip therapy, functional health guidance, and wellness interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient assessments
• Order and interpret lab diagnostics
• Develop personalized wellness protocols
• Administer IV nutrient and immune therapies
• Educate patients on long-term health strategies
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary wellness teams
• Maintain compliance and charting standards

Your Background:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Virginia with Autonomous Licensure
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in integrative or functional care
• Certified in IV therapy or willing to obtain
• EMR proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills
• Team-oriented, patient-focused mindset
