Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly part-time Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine or functional medicine. The ideal candidate is a proactive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
• Support patients with chronic illness management, preventative care, and wellness optimization
• Administer IVs, injections, and other treatments as needed
• Communicate with patients regarding results, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans
• Foster a positive, welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
• Certification in family medicine or experience in functional medicine preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues
• Ideal applicant as experience as Functional Medicine patient or as provider
