Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary and preventive care, diagnosing and treating various health conditions, conducting physical exams, and managing patient care plans. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, educate patients and their families regarding healthcare management, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical skills in diagnosing and treating medical conditions
• Experience in conducting physical exams and managing patient care plans
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience in primary care or family practice is a plus
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical practices
