Position Description
Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000+ (Base + Productivity Bonus)
Who Do We Seek?
We are seeking an experienced, service-minded Nurse Practitioner to take over an active panel within our established concierge-focused practice. If you value productivity-based compensation, high-touch patient care, and strong patient-provider relationships in a private practice setting, this role may be the right fit.
We are primarily hiring for a full-time position; however, we recognize that the changing healthcare workforce values flexibility. Exceptional candidates may propose a permanent part-time arrangement—with the understanding that compensation and patient coverage would scale accordingly. Applicants interested in non-traditional schedules should outline how their proposal would maintain patient continuity and clinic standards.
Our goal is to support work–life balance in ways that larger institutions rarely can, while still ensuring consistent, reliable patient care. If you have a passion for personalized medicine and can thrive in a collaborative environment with seasoned internists, we’d love to meet you.
Who Are We?
We are a privately owned primary care clinic in the Houston River Oaks / Medical Center area, led by long-standing MDs/Internists. Our concierge-oriented model provides an elevated level of service, with deep patient relationships and unmatched accessibility compared to larger healthcare systems. Our patients primarily live in River Oaks, Southampton, West University, Bellaire, and surrounding communities.
