Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

Job Details:
• Position in outpatient clinic with both clinic and inpatient responsibilities • Work with adolescent and adult populations in behavioral health settings • Collaborate with an existing team of 8 physicians, 3 APPs, PhD, LICSW and RNs • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide healthcare emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm • Requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships • Must have training in behavioral health and passion for scope of practice • Master's degree in nursing required • Current licensure as a registered nurse in MN • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in MN with Mental Health Certification • Current certification in CPR • National certification in applicable area • Must complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible to receive additional compensation in form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
