Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Endocrinology

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm • Provide care for 8-15 patients per day in an adult outpatient practice • Potential outreach services to regional hubs • Endocrinology experience preferred but not required • No call responsibilities • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Position requires high level of customer service skills • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program required • Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate state (if NP) • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • Current CPR certification required • National certification in applicable area required • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation • Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development support through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling and generous time off
