Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine

Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) at the Gateway Clinic location in Bismarck • Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm (36 patient contact hours per week) • 100% clinical setting with no outreach responsibilities • Patient load of approximately 16 patients per day • Focus on providing care to both adult women and men across the age spectrum • Phone call coverage rotation approximately 1:6 (rotated among Internal Medicine and Eldercare teams) • No required procedures unless desired by the provider • Join a collegial team consisting of 4 Internal Medicine physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide healthcare emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships • Must have Master's or Doctorate degree for NP or Bachelor's/Master's degree for PA from accredited program • Current licensure as registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in appropriate state • National certification in applicable area required • Current CPR certification required • Must complete credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
