Facility:
This medical center is a leading healthcare provider in the region with a collaborative, team-focused environment. The Trauma/Acute Care Surgery department consists of 8 physicians, 10 APPs (increasing to 12), and 9 additional staff members, creating a supportive and dynamic working environment.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Provider - Trauma/Acute Care Surgery

Job Details:
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Serve as first assist coverage in the Operating Room for trauma surgeons • Work 10-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings • Participate in 12-hour night call rotation (approximately 2-3 call shifts per month) • Focus primarily on hospital-based care with minimal clinic responsibilities • Demonstrate high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues • Must have at least 2 years of NP/PA experience, preferably in Trauma/Acute Care Surgery or General Surgery • Must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies • Maintain current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in MN • Hold national certification in applicable area and current CPR certification • Successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
