The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient care team serving adult patients across Michigan. This full-time hybrid role includes both in-person and virtual care.

Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, 40 hours/week

Start Date: October 22, 2025

Assignment Duration: Through end of 2025, with potential to extend

Requirements

• Must be currently credentialed with BCBS Michigan and/or Aetna
• Active and unrestricted NP license in Michigan
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Manage new and follow-up patient visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; refer to specialists as needed
• Develop and explain treatment plans and medication regimens
• Perform minor procedures and wound care

Preferred Experience

• Value-Based Care (VBC)
• Familiarity with Athena or Epic EHR systems
