A health services network in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join their growing team.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week)
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments and history-taking, both in-person and via telehealth or phone
• Perform age-appropriate screenings, addressing physiological, psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs
• Insert/remove IUDs and Nexplanon, perform endometrial biopsies, manage pessaries, and educate on maintenance
• Participate in patient triage, including phone interactions, to help manage care flow
• Maintain records using EMR systems, support documentation in keeping with legal and organizational standards
• Respond effectively to emergencies, following practice protocols, documenting events, and escalating appropriately
• Provide patient education and advocacy across physical, cultural, spiritual, and emotional health needs
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OBGYN/Women's Health
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
