Remote/ Telehealth Nurse Practitioner with a Michigan License

• Location: Remote (Must reside in Michigan)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: October 22, 2025
• Assignment through end of 2025, with potential extension

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients across Michigan. This is a fully remote opportunity focused on outpatient services, chronic disease management, and preventative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct routine wellness visits and manage chronic conditions
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses via telehealth
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; refer to specialists as needed
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes
• Perform virtual screenings and coordinate vaccinations as appropriate
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams
• Respond to internal messages and patient inquiries in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent)
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Currently credentialed with BCBS-Michigan and Aetna (Required)
• Proficiency with Epic or Athena EMR systems
• Availability to work full-time during scheduled hours
• Willingness to work holidays if needed and occasional after-hours shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC)
• Background in rural or community-based healthcare
• Familiarity with connected devices/IoT in clinical settings
• Experience working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Exposure to multiple EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.)
