Job Details:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 18 patient encounters per shift minimum
• Provide care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• APCs must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar setting
• Must be licensed in California only (no IMLC)
• PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedules II
• Active DEA required before start date
• BLS certification required
• Required immunizations before start date include: current flu vaccine, recent TB test/X-ray results, positive MMR titer or complete immunization series, positive Hep B titer or complete series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete series, and Tdap within last 10 years
• Credentialing timeframe is 45-90 days
• CVs must include month and date on work experience with all employment gaps accounted for
• 30-day notice required for ending assignments

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
