Advanced Practice Clinician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Work in a supportive and collaborative team model alongside 1 MD, 3 RNs, and 2 CMAs • 100% clinic work with no hospital responsibilities • Monday-Friday schedule from 7am-4pm with no holidays and no call requirements • See approximately 12-14 patients per day once fully trained • Demonstrate high level customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues • Required Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Required Licensure: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • Additional Requirements: Current RN licensure in Minnesota (if NP), current CPR certification, national certification in applicable area • Must complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
