A growing healthcare services network in Connecticut is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Urgent Care team in Fairfield County. This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to support new and existing standalone urgent care facilities.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: at least 3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Hours: 8-hour shifts (Weekdays) or 12-hour shifts (Weekends)
• Setting: Standalone urgent care facilities
• Patient Load: 30-35 patients per shift

Responsibilities:

• Delivering urgent care services to a diverse patient population
• Performing basic urgent care procedures independently
• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with on-site clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Adapting to different urgent care locations based on patient and staffing needs

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care setting
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Strong ability to work independently in a standalone facility
• Experience managing high patient volumes efficiently
• Proficiency in performing common urgent care procedures
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
