A health services network in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing Gastroenterology team.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time (5 days a week)
• Setting: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial patient assessments and perform thorough examinations focused on gastrointestinal health
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including but not limited to lab work, imaging studies, and endoscopic procedures
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising Physicians
• Provide patient education
• Perform outpatient procedures as required

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Gastroenterology
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
