Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Virtual Care

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours weekly: 34 clinical hours, 6 administrative hours) • Focus on performing virtual Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients throughout the Yakima Valley • Predominantly serving a geriatric population • Team-based approach to patient care with panel management • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care • EPIC electronic medical record system • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • Position requires Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year PA training program for Physician Assistants • Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • Relocation assistance available

Compensation:
