Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at an outpatient clinic in Arizona. This opportunity begins on Dec 22, 2025, with a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Providers will care for a variety of walk-in patients due to the clinic's remote setting and distance from the nearest emergency department.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a broad patient population
- Manage acute walk-in cases given the clinic's remote location
- Conduct physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic health issues
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Utilize the RPMS EMR system for patient documentation
- Adhere to clinic policies and protocols

Additional Information
- IHS experience preferred but not required
- Must have active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona or eligible state
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA registration
