About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality patient care across multiple locations in the West Florida region on a Per Diem basis. The provider will primarily work in Tampa, FL, and offer coverage or assistance at secondary locations as needed. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within the scope of practice

• Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and treatment adherence

• Provide coverage and clinical support across multiple locations as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Florida

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to travel between locations within the West Florida region

• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Schedule:

• Per Diem position with flexible hours

• Coverage may vary by site; schedule will be determined based on clinical needs
