Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Practice in multiple locations including Duluth 3rd St. Clinic, West Duluth Clinic, Hermantown, and Superior, WI • Possible outreach to I-35 (Cloquet, Moose Lake, Hinckley) and Virginia, MN (not required) • Work in a fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting with high level of autonomy • New graduates welcome to apply • Desired skill set: suturing, ortho, positive attitude, and innovation • Shifts: 9am-8pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday (1.0 FTE) • Must have Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Requires current NP/PA licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin • Must maintain current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area • Successful completion of credentialing process required prior to practice

Compensation:
