About the Organization

Transformation Haven Counseling is a trauma-informed, holistic mental health practice providing comprehensive care for individuals, couples, and families. We specialize in EMDR, DBT, Rapid Resolution Therapy, and integrative mind-body approaches. Our mission is to help clients move from trauma to transformation — one life at a time.

We are expanding to include psychiatric medication management and are actively recruiting PMHNPs and psychiatrists who value collaboration, compassion, and professional growth.

Practice Model

• Outpatient private group practice.

• Flexible hybrid schedule (telehealth and in-office).

• An interdisciplinary environment integrating psychotherapy, trauma recovery, and medication management.

• Collaborative structure with therapists and prescribers working together for holistic care.
