Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Comprehensive Care

Job Details:
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provide health care to individuals emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • Work with a collaborative team consisting of 3 Physicians, PharmD, RNs, Clinical Assistants, Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine, and a Community Health Worker • Typical schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • See approximately 12-15 patients per day • Ideal candidate will have Family Practice and Internal Medicine experience • Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program • Must have current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • Must maintain current certification in BLS and applicable national certifications
