Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Bone Health Clinic in Bloomington, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• 0.6 FTE position
• Typical schedule M-F / 8:00am-5:00pm, flexible 3 days per week
• No weekends or holidays
• Primary focus in our outpatient Bone Health and Osteoporosis Clinic
• New service line development with a collaborative team of support including Primary Care, Orthopedics and Rheumatology

Education Requirements:

Master’s degree in physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
