Join a culturally rich Community Health Center in Southern Oregon of over 30 providers across two locations that is promoting a true quality of life position. This opportunity is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of Primary Care experience.

Position/Benefits

4-Day work week with 32 contact hours

Outpatient role treating on average 15-18 patients per day

No in-person call required

Excellent compensation from $130,000 to $180,000 + MONTHLY productivity incentives * Dependent on candidate qualifications

Up to $20,000 sign on and relocation assistance
