Employment Type: Full Time - 4 x 10 08:00am-06:00pm or 07:00am-05:00pm
Compensation
Pay Range: $170,000-$190,000 Per Year
We are hiring for a Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care in a newly built, facility-based setting. The role combines neurological care with elements of primary and preventive medicine, supporting patients with chronic conditions and a focus on long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct neurological and general health assessments
Diagnose and manage concussions, migraines, headaches, and other neurological conditions
Provide follow-up and preventive care for chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and cognitive assessments
Develop individualized care plans focused on cognitive health and wellness
Perform basic in-office procedures (e.g., IVs, phlebotomy, EKGs)
Counsel patients on lifestyle and health practices related to brain and overall wellness
Work collaboratively with an internal care team and on-site specialists
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Provide coverage for two daytime weekend shifts per month
Qualifications
Active NP license in New York State (FNP, AGNP, or ANP)
Minimum 3 years of experience in neurology, internal medicine, or primary care
Interest in preventive medicine, chronic care management, and cognitive health
