LOCATION: Clifton Springs Health Center

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services

SALARY INFORMATION: $50.00 Hourly / Job Code T7001 / Pay Grade TPW

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional medical services in health center setting. Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director/Nurse Clinical Coordinator, the NP will provide comprehensive medical services for family planning to clients of the health center. The NP will collaborate with the Medical Director/Nurse Clinical Coordinator in the management of patients and coordinate referral and follow-up care.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate or Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and/or other education requirements approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing AND certification in the specialty area(s) approved by Georgia Board of Nursing AND Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse AND Georgia license as an APRN AND CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the minimum qualifications’ preference will be given to applicant with computer skills and experience in IUD Insertion and Removal.
