Role Description

This is a part time mobile role for a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Wound Care at Tender Wound Care Medical PC. The role is located in Phoenix/Scottsdale AZ. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing and treating chronic and acute wounds, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans, and providing patient education on wound care and prevention. This role includes conducting regular patient follow-ups, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards, and documenting patient progress accurately.

Prior use of Utramist and ABI ultrasounds helpful

Able to perform Debridement as needed

Minimal 2 years prior work experience in Wound Care

Prior advanced skin modalities experience including application of skin grafting needed.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Nursing, Nurse Practitioners
• Proficiency in Wound Care Medicine
• Experience in Home Care Settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Master's degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner and certification in Wound Care is a plus
