SUMMARY: Serves as an advance practice nurse, providing primary care and collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the physician office setting. Maintains an advanced knowledge-base and skills in health promotion and maintenance, disease prevention, physical and psycho-social assessment, and management of health and illness in the healthcare of individuals.

Required Education/Training: Master's degree in nursing

Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Missouri Registered Professional Nurse; Nurse Practitioner certification

Preferred Experience: Minimum three (3) years' nurse practitioner experience in a primary care physician practice
