Compensation: $105,000 – $118,000 per year

Join a respected primary care practice focusing on Injury Healthcare that has been proudly serving the Shreveport community for over 40 years. We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in a collaborative outpatient setting. This is a contract position offering stable weekday hours — with no travel or on-call requirements.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in a supportive and professional environment. You’ll have the autonomy to make meaningful clinical decisions while working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute injuries and illnesses
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document all patient encounters using Azalea Health EMR
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and preventive care
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to maintain a high standard of care
• Perform additional duties as needed to support patient and clinic operations

• Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license and national certification
• Proven experience in primary care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Azalea Health experience preferred)
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered healthcare

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No travel or on-call requirements
