Direct Hire Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Role $120,000-$140,000 per year in Bastrop, Texas

Key Responsibilities Of The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients in an outpatient, community health setting.
• Work collaboratively with the medical director and supervising physicians to ensure high-quality care for a multicultural and multilingual pediatric population.
• Serve as a critical resource and advocate for children and families in need of accessible, compassionate healthcare.
  
  

Qualifications Of The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

• Current, active, and unencumbered PNP license in the state of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus in Pediatrics.
• Strong recent experience in Pediatric care (FQHC or underserved populations a plus).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  
  

Compensation And Schedule

• Base salary starting at $124,000, with potential for significantly more based on experience.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours.
