Our patients prefer our private pay or HSA/FSA method for personalized, quality care that only NPs can provide! Our growing practice, which has focused on meeting the Urgent Care and Care Coordination needs of our patients, also includes Holistic Housecalls, including IV and IM Vitamin Therapy, Weight Management, Aesthetics, and Peptide Therapy. GCHC is the solution to inconvenient and often inefficient doctor’s office visits, Urgent Care, and ER visits. Patient demand allows us to share our success by empowering talented, like-minded FNP, Pediatric, Adult/Gero, and Acute Care NPs to join us.

Requirements:  

National Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and Clear, Active Florida Board of Nursing APRN license in Family, Pediatrics, Acute or Adult/Gero Concentration.  ACLS/BLS Specialty certifications as needed.
