This full-time, outpatient role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients across the lifespan, from infants to older adults, within a newly constructed, state-of-the-art health center.

 Located in a 32,000-square-foot facility designed to serve medically underserved populations, our center features modern equipment, an on-site pharmacy, and a fully equipped lab. The space is intentionally built to foster a collaborative, whole-person approach to care, integrating primary care, behavioral health, and dental services.

 What We Offer:
