This healthcare facility is a Level III Trauma center that offers comprehensive medical services including primary and specialty care, women's/birthing center, MSP, ICU, OR, 24-hour CRNA services, and advanced imaging and laboratory services. The campus features a team-oriented environment with a busy Urgent Care and Emergency Department staffed by board-certified physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:
• Full-time (0.9 FTE) Emergency Medicine position requiring 72 hours per pay period • Schedule consists of 8 and/or 12-hour shifts rotated among other providers • Coverage includes every 3rd weekend • Will provide care for all ages; must be trained in Family Medicine • Requires certification in ACLS, PALS, and ATLS within six months of start • Previous Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred • Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota • Current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area • Qualifying NHSC Loan Repayment Site • Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Requires high customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues

Compensation:
