Job Details:
• Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule with 18 patient encounters per day minimum • Provide care for a diverse patient population including both pediatric and adult patients • Includes some chronic pain management responsibilities • Must complete chart closure within 72 hours • Will consider Family Medicine physicians only (DO candidates accepted) • Board Eligible candidates considered if within 5 years or less since residency • Active DEA required before start date • Immunization requirements include: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (within 90 days before start), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization (within last 10 years) • BLS certification required • Must have active California medical license • Credentialing takes approximately 30-45 days (six weeks common with timely document submission) • 30-day notice required for ending assignments • Start date: 12/15/2025 with ongoing need

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
