About The Client

Our client is a national leader in lactation and maternal health, with over 150 providers delivering family-centered care across the country. They are expanding services to underserved communities-starting with Big Bear, CA, where there are currently no women's health or birthing providers.

Position Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to lead women's health services in Big Bear. This is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up while being supported by an experienced, mission-driven organization.
• Provide comprehensive women's health services across the lifespan.
• Deliver well-woman care, contraception counseling, and menopause/HRT management.
• (If trained/qualified) Support prenatal, birth, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand access to women's health in a rural setting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Midwife on this position
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with strong women's health experience (WHNP, or dual CNM-FNP preferred).
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Big Bear Lake, CA.
• Training or willingness to train in:
• Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC)
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for menopause
• Passion for rural and community-based care.
• Spanish proficiency (preferred).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000/year + relocation reimbursement & signing bonus.
• Flexible schedule: option of 4x8 hr days or 3x9-10 hr days.
