We are seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown, Maryland. This position is for a swing shift schedule, 2 p.m. to 12 a.m.

We are offering up to $20,000 in signing and retention bonus for this role!

MedStar Health is currently recruiting clinicians at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center and MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital to support night and swing admitter shifts. We are seeking advanced practice providers, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners, preferably specialized in the field of hospital medicine.

The advanced practice provider performs a variety of duties inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: history and physical examinations, patient assessments, initial diagnoses, documentation of findings, and writing medical orders while providing care to assigned patients. The advanced practice provider makes clinical decisions relative to patient management through collaboration with physicians.

This position has a hiring range of $115,000–$143,619.
