We partner with motivated, entrepreneurial providers who want the freedom and upside to build their own business with our support. Our model is subscription-based: members pay a recurring fee, and you share directly in the proceeds.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking highly motivated, independent-minded PAs and NPs in Connecticut who are excited to grow their own patient panel and build meaningful relationships with members. This is NOT a typical clinic job. Instead, you’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, focus on proactive care, and take ownership of your success. The role can be part-time or full-time depending on your goals and availability.

Ideal Candidates:

• Licensed PA or NP in Connecticut.
• Background in wellness, hormone optimization, or functional medicine is great but not required (we’ll provide training resources).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to actively grow your member base.

Compensation:

Performance-based; you share in membership revenue. Providers who build strong patient panels earn significantly above traditional salary models.
