This medical center is a well-established healthcare provider with a busy Level 3 Emergency Department serving the greater Lansing area. The facility features a 50-bed emergency department with modern technology including Cerner EMR system and comprehensive support services, providing quality care to approximately 40,150 patients annually.

Job Details:
• Multiple shifts available in October and November 2025, primarily 11am-11pm, 8am-8pm, and 4pm-4am • APP is expected to work independently in the "VUE" fast track area (10 beds) within the emergency department • Patient volume approximately 110 per day, divided among providers • Attending physicians available 24 hours a day for case review, evaluation, guidance, or questions • No supervision requirements for resident cases • Must have 2+ years of recent ED experience • Must be local to the Lansing area • Must have clean background for expedited credentialing • Must maintain active Michigan medical license (IMLC not accepted) • Board certification required with current ACLS and ATLS • Valid DEA registration required • Required immunization records include: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, Covid, TB (within 12 months), TDAP • Facility uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime system • 60% of hospital admissions received from the ED • 20% of ED patients admitted to the hospital per day • Comprehensive services available including 24hr Radiology, Laboratory, AABB Blood Bank, Pathology, OR, and all surgical specialties

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
