Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program: Family or Adult Geriatrics
• Current New York State License as a Nurse Practitioner
• National Board Certification required
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) is a plus
