You’ll be supported by a strong clinical and administrative team, including skilled medical assistants, experienced administrative staff, reliable virtual assistance, and dedicated scribes. This collaborative support allows you to spend less time on clerical work and more time building meaningful patient relationships.

Position Details

• Title: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) / Nurse Practitioner
• Location: 8767 Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33472
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Specialty: Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Call: Shared among providers (minimal and well-supported)
• Compensation: $135,000 annual base salary
• Bonus: Performance-based incentive structure, rewarding quality of care, patient satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements

• Active Florida ARNP license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, with a strong emphasis on:
• Establishing long-term patient relationships
• Providing exceptional, continuous medical care
• Proven ability to work independently within a collaborative clinical team
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
