A respected county facility in Brunswick, GA seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an on-site locum assignment in a structured, team-based clinic. This role is ideal for NPs who enjoy daytime schedules, steady volume (10–15 PPD), and meaningful primary care for an adult population.

What You’ll Do

• Provide adult primary care for male and female patients (chronic care focus)
• Perform sick visits, follow-ups, routine exams, and medication management
• Review labs, update care plans, complete documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (EMT, LPN, MA; five medical personnel on site)
• Participate in rotating call coverage with the clinical team

✅ Requirements

• Active Georgia APRN license with prescriptive authority
• FNP preferred; Primary Care / Internal Medicine background
• Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working on-site within a correctional setting
