Froedtert ThedaCare Health, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for our growing Urgent Care Team. This position allows for an opportunity to step into a progressive practice with a collaborative and quality driven team. This opportunity will primarily be remote with periodic, pre-scheduled time on site at our Neenah or Appleton Urgent Care clinic locations.

Practice Highlights:

Full-time (1.0 FTE) opportunity to practice Urgent Care medicine in 12-hour shifts, 7:00a-7:00p Monday-Friday

Weekend and holiday rotation (1:3 weekends of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Provides care for patients of all ages through video and e-visit services

Supports in-basket messages, results and patient calls

Physician support available as needed

Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

At least 3 years of Family Medicine NP/PA experience and experience providing patient care via telehealth required
