What You’ll Do:

• Provide and oversee daily clinical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Conduct comprehensive histories and physicals, diagnose, and create treatment plans
• Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
• Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
