Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (0.9 FTE - 36 hours per week) • Serve in a team-based approach to patient care with opportunity to develop and manage your own patient panel • Work with underserved patient populations in a community health setting • Benefit from certified bilingual Medical Assistants who assist with translation and patient care • Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-7:00pm, Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm • Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners; Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program for PAs • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with community health or underserved populations valued

Compensation:
