We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide high-quality care at an onsite clinic serving Mohawk Industries employees and their families. This is a short-term coverage opportunity for leave/PTO, with a strong focus on primary care and some urgent care services.

Location: Onsite clinic supporting employees and dependents of Mohawk Industries

Assignment Type: Temporary (3 months), with potential for extension

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Up to 36 hours/week — 12-hour shifts (6 AM to 6 PM), Monday to Friday. Flexible days based on clinic needs.

Training: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Address urgent care needs as they arise
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active DEA license
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNP in a primary care setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
